Method

  1. Heat a large pan on high. Add a little oil, then stir-fry the mixed vegetables with salt and pepper until crisp-tender and lightly browned, 8–9 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, mix Greek yogurt with finely grated garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Turn off the heat. Lay the ham slices on a board, divide the hot vegetables between them, and roll into bundles; the ham will warm from the heat of the veg.
  4. Plate the bundles and spoon the garlic yogurt alongside for dipping.
