10-Min Tuna & Spinach Cream Skillet (for toast or rice)

Quick & Easy

One-pan creamy tuna and spinach skillet bound with cream cheese and garlic—fast protein for toast or rice.

Why smarter

Prep (drain tuna, chop garlic) fits 4 minutes. Cooking is realistic: quick garlic sauté, spinach wilts fast, cream cheese melts with a splash of water, tuna only needs reheating. Total 14 minutes includes pan heating and plating.

Chef tip

If the sauce tightens, loosen with a little more hot water and keep it at a gentle simmer so it stays creamy. Shortcut: Use canned tuna (drained) and pre-washed baby spinach.

Ingredients

  5. Fold in tuna and warm through 1–2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over toast or rice.
